Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Business relationship manager to local Human Resources organizations to define business requirements, identify gaps and partner with the IT organization to determine the appropriate system configurations.
Onboard new countries by executing projects from endtoend, by participating in activities ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, process documentation, data cleansing, test planning and execution, training documentation and support.
Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for SAP SuccessFactors.
Support the administration/maintenance of basic system configurations and core foundations objects (Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding).
Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality and adherence to DSV policies and procedures.
Support HR team reporting needs by creating and maintaining reports and providing data analysis.
Create documentation and provide training on HRIS system and processes.
Create and carryout user acceptance testing scenarios to validate system functions according to business requirements.
Coordinates and executes mass loading of data through file based uploads or data entry.
