Position Summary Service Now Administrator Staff Augmentation Scope Technical Evaluation Level of Expertise in Required Skill Set Must have strong UI design skills.
Must have database development skills.
Level of Expertise in Desired Skill Set Have experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platform.
Knowledge of ITIL practices.
Mandatory Requirements and Education/Experience Must work at the Idaho National Laboratory location (no remote work under this procurement).
Must be able to obtain a HSPD12 (Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12) badge within 6 months of starting position.
Must be able to demonstrate relevant work experience.
