SAP Portfolio and Project Management Solution (PPM) Specialist

Description

The developer will primarily support the SAP Portfolio and Project Management solution (PPM). As part of Strategic Planning and Performance Management, and under the supervision of ERP staff, the developer will be responsible for the following duties Development of all FRICEW (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and workflow) objects pertaining to enhancing and integrating SAP PPM with ECC, BPC, and a custombuilt Strategy Management application. Provides guidance in respect to technical solutioning and implementation of new interfaces. Supports the Strategic Planning and Performance Management team in technical considerations for functional specifications and in the development of Functional Acceptance Testing Models.
Supports and advises the Umoja Security Team in the security design for PPM, informing of limitations and leading practices.
Supports the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Team in integrating workflows developed for PPM and a custombuilt Strategy Management application with SAP BRM and BPO
Supports the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Team in developing user exits for data conversion/ mass update transactions for Portfolio Structures, Portfolio Items, Project Management projects and Classification Hierarchies As an PPM expert, the developer should be able to perform the following functions Develop PPM workflows as per functional requirements specified by the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Team Develop PPM reports as per functional requirements specified by the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Team Enhancing the PPM/ ECC integration as per functional requirements specified by the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Team Develop bidirectional PPM interfaces with custombuilt Strategy Management application and BPC as per functional requirements specified by the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Team Experience and skills A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in ABAP Web Dynpro developing forms, reports, interfaces, conversion programs, enhancements and workflows in the area of PPM and PS.
Experience has to include the following SAP technology, applications and tools Hands on experience in SAP BAPIInterface, IDOCS, user exit and BADI ECC for Public Sector (specifically FICO, PS, FM and GM desired)

Endtoend SAP Business Process Integration (PI)
SAP NetWeaver Business Process Management (BPM) SAP FPM (Floor plan Manager)
Specific SAP PPM technical experience and knowledge of architecture and best practices for SAP PPM, including the development of the objects, ABAP Web Dynpro developing forms, reports, interfaces, conversion programs, enhancements and workflows in the area of PPM and PS.
