Description
The client supports up to 500 users at each regional and main campus. There is currently only one tech at each site supporting the user base. The client needs additional contractors as they go through a hardware refresh process of replacing 3200 devices. Resources will stay onsite and will not travel to other locations. There will not be expenses to report.
Skills Tier II Desktop Support
Experience setting up and deploying tablets
Password resets
Technical support and troubleshooting
Resources need to be able to lift 5060 lbs.
