Scrum Master

Description

Skills/Experience CSM or PMIACP certification required
At least five years experience in Agile implementations working as a Scrum Master delivering high quality solutions using Agile techniques
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
Expertise in estimation and planning techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a highly collaborative fashion
Experience utilizing Agile tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server for managing the sprint process
Demonstrated ability to embrace change
Experience with all facets of software development lifecycle (requirements definition, system design, development, testing, deployment, support)
Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment and flexible to change direction as needed
Demonstrated expertise in applying Agile principles and practices
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, with the ability to communicate technical information
Ability to balance a wide variety of priorities effectively
Proactivity and ability to think and plan downstream Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Visio)
Experience with Kanban is a plus
Project management experience is a plus
