Description/Comment This position will last for 25 weeks. The first half of the project will be Full time, the second half will be part time 20 hours or so a week. Position can be remote but must work Latin America hours (Central Time + 2 hours). MUST HAVE VISTEX Sales Incentive Module experience Developing calculation engine. 5 KPI's. Agile environment. Testing, roll out and implementation.
Develops, implements, refines, and supports a database used for analytics and reporting, optimizing ETL processes while working closely with Business Analysts, Business Managers, Project Managers, and internal customers. Designs, codes, runs tests, and implements complex programs and scripts, and performs sourcetotarget data mapping. Reviews and implements project plans and business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies. Manages the database aspects of the reporting and analytics platforms to ensure that reporting jobs are successfully run and analytics data aligns to timeliness and completeness requirements. Provides development support for existing systems, and troubleshoots data and or system issues, building and extending toolsets. Coordinates and works with Database Administrators and other IT departments to ensure the databases implementation and monitoring, and ensures that the database is tuned for optimal performance. Verifies accuracy of data, and identifies and resolves data issues through configuration of data cleansing and deduplication software, working with the Data Quality Manager. Defines user interfaces and functional specifications. Plans and conducts database unit system tests, monitors results, and takes corrective action as appropriate. Writes scripts and commands for data manipulation in support of database applications. Entry Level position that requires an Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree or 02 years of equivalent experience.
