Position Comments This is onsite position in Irvine. We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with Salesforce administrator with at least 3 years of knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com (SFDC) required. Salesforce Certified Administrator license preferred. Jira and Agile experience is preferred.
Primary role to manage medium size and platform health enhancements, management of user profiles, user licenses and permission sets within SFDC. The role will need to help with data loaders, executing and managing advanced SFDC reports and dashboards. This role will also help with production and user related issues. The candidate needs to be detailed orientated, ability to work in a fast pace environment, and be selfmotivated to take initiatives to resolve issues. Bachelor degree in related field is preferred. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Requires at least 7 years of experience.
