Description
Provide O&M support to a Pega based system through monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting through Configure/set up/troubleshoot environments Work with users or other SMEs in diagnosing defect root causes Implementing PEGA and SAP best practices Security design and User/group/role administration Managing Ruleset transports SSO Configuration of 3rd party authentication processes (specifically SiteMinder) SAP CRM and PI integration and configuration Environment/system refresh steps/processes with respect to SAP integration Proven knowledge transfer skills and articulate documentation experience
