Job Description This position will assist in the development and engagement of clients group Online Resellers ensuring all sellers are authorized, under agreement and in compliance of clients policies.
This position will monitor pricing and applicable policies for compliance and follow enforcement action procedures with noncomplying retailers throughout all online selling channels.
This position will uphold maintenance and enforcement of all auction based sites such as eBay, market place sites such as Amazon, and known and unknown 3rd party direct retailer sites.
Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of this position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following Job Requirements
Discover and eliminate Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) violations through various modes of communication
Manually monitor all websites such as action based sites, market place sites and 3rd party direct retailer sites
Follow corporate process of escalation on noncomplying retailers
Maintain distributor Do Not Sell list
Ensure a high level of communication to all nonauthorized retailers
Maintain Online Retailer Contact Data and authorizations
Receive and authorize completed retailer information forms and agreements
Canvas selling platforms for retailers offering clients group products not yet under agreement and work to move to authorized status, if appropriate
Review and approve all 3rd party data requests through organizations such as DCi or Sema Data Coop (SDC)
Remain engaged at all times with online pricing, promotions and products across all clients brands
Work closely with all ecommerce sales staff

Work Experience 3 years demonstrated experience working within a comparable function
Experienced when in working with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word); proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills
Demonstrated organizational, process and analytical skills; ability to produce accurate and quality work with a fast turn around and a sense of urgency
Ability to work well crossfunctionally; engages and builds effective relationships across the organization; provides professional, timely and proactive internal and external customer service;
Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to influence and possesses organizational savvy; ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information; ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
