JIRA and Confluence Analyst

Description

Responsibilities Provide application support and training for JIRA and Confluence.
Through documentation and training, onboard new teams to JIRA and Confluence and help existing teams optimize their workflows.
Analyze requests for support, new JIRA features, and modifications. Triage incoming requests and coordinate with requestor to document thorough requirements and route appropriately.
Assist teams with creation of Kanban boards and quick filters in JIRA to provide operational support and workflow tracking that is aligned with team needs. Train teams for effective ongoing maintenance of Kanban boards and filters.
Assist teams with creation of dashboards and advanced filters in JIRA/Confluence to provide meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports. Train teams for effective ongoing maintenance of dashboards and filters.
Research and recommend third party addons to extend Atlassian Suite functionality as needed.
Required 2+ years of experience working with Atlassian Suite and features, with general understanding of administration and configuration to maximize efficiency in using the tool.
Excellent communication and client interfacing skills, both verbal and written.
Strong understanding of business processes and experience leveraging Atlassian Suite to maximize and improve those processes.
Ability to work with teams globally in a diverse multistakeholder environment.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, including the ability to manage and prioritize tasks while maintaining a serviceoriented work ethic.
