THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY As a Lead Software developer, you will work in a 7person team developing .NET and C# based applications, forms and pages. As a developer you will work with defined requirements to build out these planned solutions while working with both business and quality assurance to ensure projects hit deadlines as well as adhere to requirements. As a lead, you will help developer team members solve problems, as well as work with the Project Manager to communicate project information to external stakeholders.
INTERVIEW PROCESS Most of the interview process will be conducted via phone, Skype and coding assessments online. There is a required final onsite interview with the team before making a hiring decision, and nonlocal candidates will have to be responsible for coming in for the final round.
All work must be performed onsite (no telecommuting) EXPERIENCE
