Description
Job Descripiton
Lead Architect to define and drive the solution.
Understand existing business requirements and design IM infrastructure
Translate architecture specifications to lowlevel component design and identify OIG customizations for implementation
Understand compliance requirements for GDPR and work with applications team to derrive Data requirements.
Interact and communicate with application teams on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues
Assign and review work packets delivered by the offshore team
Technical Skills In Detail
(Essential Skills)
Oracle Identity Manager deployment and configuration experience.
Have designed & architected IDM solutions.
Must have worked on multiple OIM connectors (minimum AD, exchange, DBAT).
Good understanding of SOX, GDPR,PCI compliance. implementation/configuration, Knowledge of Java/REST API implementation, Jersey framework, Secure coding guidelines. Strong Software Development Background.
Strong Problem Resolution Capability & Delivery Focus.
Design and implementation of lowlatency, highavailability, and performant applications
Proven Experience enabling Continuous Delivery
Technical Skills (Desired Skills)
Excellent Communication Skills.
Ability to work in Virtual, Geographically Dispersed Teams.
Experience Level
10 to 14 Years of relevant development experience
