Required Skills They need someone on the team that is going to focus on external audit, exams and regulations. There will be client response but not meeting with clients or managing any reports. If we find someone with audit and regulatory experience they must also have a strong work ethic and willingness to grow and learn. This is an analyst level role, not managing people and not client facing. Daily basis audit prep, working with external auditors (PWC), regulatory, business partners, ensuring policies are in compliance, client requests coming in, how to handle such issues. The Fidelity Enterprise Cybersecurity External Engagement (ECS External Engagement) team is seeking to recruit a cybersecurity consultant to primarily act as support of the Regulatory Function within ECS . Additionally, this role will provide support to the ECS Client Response and External Audit functions.
ECS provides centralized cybersecurity services and governance for the enterprise. The organization is structurally aligned with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework Core Functions (i.e., Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover). It offers bestinclass services including, but not limited to, cybersecurity architecture and engineering, development and operations, detection and response, enterprise policy administration and exception management, information security administration, risk assessment, penetration testing, secure code review, disaster recovery management, vendor technology risk review and management of external audit programs (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 1).
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure compliance, by ECS, with Regulations proposed by Regulatory Agencies (States, SEC, OCC, etc.) Lead efforts to support Regulatory Exams answering questionnaires, creating presentation decks, etc.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in a technology, computer science, or engineering discipline strongly preferred 3 or more years demonstrated experience in Regulatory Exams and/or External Audits Experience working independently and with relatively low supervision required Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework core standards and practices, Prior IT operational experience preferred Prior IT audit experience helpful CISSP, CEH, and CISA certifications a plus
