Description
Job Description At least 5+ years of experience in AWS redshift, S3, EC2, scripting
Candidate must have managed AWS Redshift database (knows performance tuning, clustering, data allocation, etc.). Should be able to project RedShift costs and propose actions for cost optimizations. Design Redshift based BI solution platform for optimized performance and usability Define, monitor RedShift database performance metrics and resolve bottlenecks Should be comfortable with Redshift concepts like DISTKEY, SORTKEY, COMPRESSION, VACUUM etc.
Should be able to design the database tables with optimum optimizations in place
Should have extensive knowledge in shell scripting
Added advantage if worked in JSON,Python scripts along with Amazon EC2
Excellent communication skills
