Description

Essential Functions
Design and develop enterprise and departmental business intelligence, data warehousing and reporting solutions.
Work with business users to establish reporting and analytic requirements.
Translate business requirements into ETL and analytical dashboard and report specifications.
Develop and implement ETL processes, reports and queries in support of business analytics.
Develop and implement interactive analytic reports and dashboards.
Provide technical and business knowledge support to the team.
Compile adhoc data and report requests.
Ensure effective communication of user requirements.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain data models to be used by various reporting and data discovery tools. Performance and accuracy is key.
Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating findings to cross functional groups.
Analyzing complex data from multiple sources, and responsible for detecting problems with the database and suggesting improvements that will have immediate impact.
Excellent critical thinking, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing, while also articulating and translating technical language to nontechnical customers.
Demonstrates and promotes creativity and innovation.
Proactively seeks out alternative solutions to business problems.
Consults with clients and teammates to identify all facets of an issue and generate a solution.
