Description
7+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com and prior experience as a lead
Sales force 401 Certification is a must Advanced Dev Certification is beneficial
Knowledge and practical application of the Apex Java script CSS and Visual force
The ability to handle a heavy workflow in a fast paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
The ability to solve problems understand workflow and anticipate connections within the workflow.
Consulting/Business Analyst skills
Experience with single org deployments and multi org consolidations
Experience in Database designing and system architecture
Solid understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits)
Willing to challenge positions providing guidance towards alternative solution paths trying to limit amount of custom code and use standard out of the box methods for similar outcomes
Experience with partner community deployment and lightning implementation.
