Angular JS Lead

Description

Responsibilities
Works with other developers and business analysts to develop, design and write applications systems and programs.
Responsible for understanding system requirements, tasking and estimating features, and following work management lifecycle processes such as maintaining work items in TFS.
Facilitate the creation of the sprint iteration plan. Identify IT tasks, duration, target dates of project deliverables Define, Build, Test stories and Demo completed stories to business
Understands and utilizes .NET frameworks and standards such as Object Relational Mapping, Dependency Injection, and design patterns.
Understands and utilizes complex branching and merging strategies.
Understands and implements version control, small checkins, labeling, versioning, and deployment best practices for both source code and database deployments.
Review TDD documentation and code reviews and provide feedback to development team Develops software code that conforms standards for quality and conformity.
Develops and implements unit test plans.
Creates technical documentation including approach documents, impact analysis, and physical and conceptual topology and component diagrams.
Partners with analysts in domain walkthroughs to understand requirements.
Demonstrates resolution approach and communicates impacts of change.
Provides guidance and assistance to the applications users and support teams on all aspects of application deployment, training and support, including Installation, Configuration, First and second tier support.
Provides clear, consistent, regular communication with all project stakeholders at all levels, including presentations to senior management, creating agendas and meeting minutes.
Identifies and resolves project issues, including issue tracking and escalation.
Assists the Application Manager or Director in the creation of project plans.
Actively participates in applications planning strategy meetings and provides input on the most appropriate and effective use of applications.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to tailor message to different audiences
Skills Experience Required Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience on DOTNET development

35 years team leadership experience
Experience in Agile execution Work within a technically strong team to design and build new systems
Should have hands on experience with MVC framework and AngularJS 1.x or higher version SOLID principle and OOPS concepts Knowledge on Oracle DB
Experience in using source control like SVN,TFS SSRS reporting and SSRS Web Services will be added advantage
Extensive handson experience in .NET, ASP, ASP.NET, C , MVC, Entity Framework Jasmine or other JavaScript unit testing framework
Extensive handson experience in design, development and debugging of complex SQL Server, SQL stored procedures Onsite Offshore Coordination Good verbal and written communication skills
