Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Create, design, write, edit, and optimize marketing and branding content and headlines to promote the business via web site campaigns.
Able to design and layout new web site themes, pages, and content to match the company branding.
Track SEO analytics coming from multiple web content sources.
Ensure all messages are supportive and consistent with marketing strategies.
Identify new opportunities to increase web awareness through various media including YouTube videos, social media, podcasts, customer portals, website, and email newsletters.
Work with our marketing team on consistent and compelling content for web site descriptions and optimize them for organic web search.
Update web sites in a timely fashion with a fresh look and messaging.
Assist in web design projects for our core platform, as well as mobile applications.
Experienced in HTML and CSS Experienced in SharePoint graphical design and customization for internal Intranet site.
Experience in working within a web based Content Management System (CMS) for web site and content development and management.
Work tightly with the Marketing team to align with all digital marketing activities. Expected Skills and Competencies
Minimum 2 years Web Design and Website Builder experience.
Minimum 2 years Google Analytics or equal experience. Content Management System (CMS) experience.
Design skills with experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or equivalent.
Team player, logical thinker, attention to detail, creativity, maintains deadlines.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Enthusiasm to be part of a small business startup environment.
Willingness to contribute to company goals and objectives through a variety of situations.
