Description
Equifax is currently implementing CyberArk Suite products in their environment. They need to build a support model around this to field issues arising out of it. They also need guidance on how to administer the existing platform and some expertize with the type issues which come up on a day to day basis.
Understand the existing CyberArk Infrastructure
Design support processes based on the common issues arising in the CyberArk Platform
Resolve Level 3 issues related to CyberArk suite products
Train the offshore team and monitor the progress
Technical CyberArk Suite products, EPM, PAM, EPV, CSM, AIM, PVWA
NonTechnical Excellent communication skills, Act as a leader, Project Management, Transition knowledge
