Detailed Job Description As a Project Manager, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the activities planned by Program Management Office of client. You will be intensely involved in; Coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of the projects
Developing project scope and define objectives involving all relevant stakeholders Develop a detailed project plan to track project progress
Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Mature and document the existing PM onboarding process
Manage projects using various tools like Jira, Confluence, Plan view, SAP, Ariba, SharePoint, Service NOW
Use Scrum, Waterfall models in PM activities
Responsibilities More than 8 years of handson experience in end to end project management
Managing the projects through the life cycle
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective action
Coordinate with Project Managers of other project tracks
Managing and utilizing the resources across the projects
Managing stakeholders communication
Periodic Monitoring and Status reporting
Coordinate with other teams and 3rd party providers as delegated by TSC for the interdependencies
Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects
