Description
This is replacing a resource that is leaving to pursue a different role. The person that was there was responsible for more admin/infrastructure related work, but now they need a SharePoint consultant that is stronger with FrontEnd related work, so someone that is good with usability, SP Designer, front end technologies, etc. This is more related to focus on the customer experience, etc.
There could be some admin duties, but the focus on the role is going to be developerrelated work within SharePoint (with a front end focus).
