Description
Financial Services experience is a plus Education and Certifications
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
PMP/PgMP Desired
CCBA/CBAP/PMIBA Desired
Certified SCRUM Master or equivalent Preferred
Systems Knowledge
Knowledge of relevant technology anticipated for program Salesforce
ServiceNow
JIRA
Proprietary Systems for Client Data, Contact Tracking, Sales Tracking
Knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, ITIL, and audit requirements
B.S degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or similar quantitative field. 35 years experience in an analytical role in the SalesForce environment
Understands and applies best practices related to reporting, dashboards, and data visualization;
Experienced developing dashboards and design requirements based on discussion with an understanding of technical and visual design considerations. Data Management and Architecture experience. Comfortable delivering complex solutions in tight timeframes Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively in business terms with business partners up to the VP level
