Data Analyst With Salesforce Experience

Description

The Data Analyst will be a selfdriven individual well versed in reporting, querying capability, basic configuration/programming, and data analysis skills in the SalesForce environment. As a member of an organization with broad business impact, the data analyst will work directly with business partners and colleagues to develop and support management reporting for the RPS business, which will include a high degree of data visualization, and userdriven analysis capabilities, all geared toward driving action and business growth. Further, the analyst will need to work with analysts from other Schwab business lines to derive mutually, beneficial SalesForce buildouts (i.e. new functionality).
B.S degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or similar quantitative field. 35 years experience in an analytical role in the SalesForce environment
Understands and applies best practices related to reporting, dashboards, and data visualization;
Experienced developing dashboards and design requirements based on discussion with an understanding of technical and visual design considerations. Data Management and Architecture experience. Comfortable delivering complex solutions in tight timeframes Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively in business terms with business partners up to the VP level
