Software Engineer - CRM Developer

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following (other duties may be assigned)
Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement CRM solutions
Develop, maintain, and implement a platform roadmap.
Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company
Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture. Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
Develop, deploy, customize and integrate applications
Implement business workflows and processes
Utilize source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline the overall sales process within the CRM
Lead and support initiatives on other development platforms as needed
Estimate level of effort and duration for initiatives, change requests, and defect resolution
Qualifications
Required Skills 10+ years work experience
Full Stack development with focus on java technologies (Spring and associated landscape)
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap knowledge
Knowledge of one or several javascript languages (AngularJS, React prefered)
Experience with CRM technologies and landscape
Experience designing, implementing and documenting Restful service layer
Knowledge of other languages (C# and/or VB.NET) is a plus
BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent;
Deep knowledge of Web services (SOAP, RestFul)
Platform of a Service (PCF, Heroku, Openshitft) knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Email platforms (SFMC) a plus
UX and UI experience
SQL Server and/or Oracle development experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of other languages (C# and/or VB.NET) is a plus
Experience with InforCRM a plus
Strong communication/coordination skills
