Description
You will Partner with business stakeholders to take forward PBs selfservice reporting and analytics strategies, practices and priorities.
Maintain a deep understanding of PBs business processes and how the reporting technologies, tools, and systems support them.
Develop standards, policies and processes that deliver sustainable enterprise data analytics programs.
Develop a roadmap of the defined scope and priorities for governing critical enterprise data.
Work with Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects and System Analysts to fully understand the business requirements and translate them into Conceptual, Logical and Physical models.
Perform data analysis, discovery, profiling and identify cause of data issues and work with cross functional teams to resolve
Develop solid understanding of the various source data sets and assist in laying out the overall data design solutions
Work with EIM and Innovation teams to establish governance processes around metadata to ensure an integrated definition of data for enterprise information, and to ensure the accuracy, validity, and reusability of metadata.
Your background As a Data Analyst, you have 4+ years working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
4+ years experience in applying data management principles and industry standards to design.Build and maintain complex data model assets in Transactional/Operational, ODS, Data Warehouse and Data Marts applications.
Strong experience working with relational and cloud based database technologies, including SQL server, writing SQL, Oracle, etc. and creating logical and physical data models, ER diagrams.
Experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Quality Management and Data Architecture Standardization with involvement in standing up and maintaining a Master Data Management program
Experience with BI, DW and EIM tools such as SAP HANA, SAP BODS, Snowflake, IBM InfoSphere suite, SAS, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau. Experience with business applications such as SAP and Salesforce preferred.
Excellent written communication, verbal communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to a variety of audiences.
Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives. Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Management, Computer Science preferred. Related field experience required; Advanced degree and/or consulting experience
