Responsibility Besides the hands on development work, the resource should have good communication skills to be able to work well with the client development, presales and sales team during the process.
Job Description Desired Skills Excellent in Ruby 1.9x and Ruby2
Excellent knowledge of Rails 3.2 & Rails 4
Excellent in JavaScript, jQuery
Good knowledge Nginx, Apache, Passenger and deployment tools like Capistrano
Good knowledge writing test cases with RSpec, Cucumber
Good knowledge of deploying app on Heroku, Amazon Good in HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web development
Good understanding of jQuery, Bootstrap
Good understanding of GitHUB, SVN Musthave soft skills
Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)Ability to deal with client independently and lead/engage with client teams.
Added advantages Experience with MongoDB, AngularJS, Backbone.js Mustache templates, MemCache
