Microstrategy Business Intelligence Engineer

Description

Work Experiences Minimum of 7+ years experience developing within a Business Intelligence function with MicroStrategy BI tools as a Developer/Designer in a large scale data warehouse environment. Experience with MicroStrategy 10.X preferred.
Proven Experience developing and evolving BI Solutions like scorecards, reports, cubes, dashboards and mobile BI applications.
Handson experience on MicroStrategy technologies developing Schema/Public objects along with advanced reporting.
5+ Experience working with end users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation.
Must have extensive knowledge in Data Warehouse designing techniques like Star Schema & snowflake. Very strong SQL skills. Data Integration/ ETL experience is a plus.
Familiarity with development methodologies like Agile, Scrum is a plus.
Expertise in multiple database platforms, including SQL Server, Oracle, Netezza and Teradata is a plus. Experience with Retail Industry vertical is a plus.

Strong Microsoft Office program experience, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
