Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Duties and Responsibilities
This role will partner effectively with the Supply Chain organization to define and build capabilities in forecasting, planning and replenishment. Core responsibilities are the following Requirements
Assumes full accountability for developing business requirements for complex issues.
Elicits customer, user, systems administration, operations and support requirements from project stakeholders.
Interacts with various levels of IT and management in gathering and validating business requirements.
Clearly documents, reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Leads Joint Application Design meetings, driving to the development of a Requirements Document and a technical framework when the session is complete
Identifies nonfunctional requirements, and provides accurate project estimates. Analysis
Participates in / presents formal reviews of business usecase model and business object model.
Uses SQL to mine enterprise transaction data
Documents and communicates detailed process workflows in a visual format.
Performs analysis of business and user needs, documents requirements, and develops proper system requirements specifications.
Leads and coordinates business use case modeling by outlining and delimiting the modeled organization Support
Provide IT support within process improvement initiatives for all key functional areas of Supply Chain including Replenishment, Allocations, Assortment, Presentation/Space, Planning and Reporting.
Assist with development of training materials for endusers.
Assist with project management tasks including estimation, resource planning and scheduling Other
Works on multiple, simultaneous projects of which he/she will apply their applicable technical and system functionality background.
Participates in the creation of detailed RFP/RFI documents and management of vendor responses.
Understands and communicates priority, risk, benefit, effort, stability and organizational impact of business initiatives and reengineering efforts.
Ensure completion of all deliverables according to user expectations and within schedule, budget and quality constraints.
