1 5+ years of overall technical experience in system design and build, project development and production support of large applications/systems.
2 5+ years of HCM experience with at least 2 years of experience with cloud HCM Application Security (they are using Infor CloudSuite HCM and prefer that but with consider SAP or Workday people)
3. Broadbased knowledge of Security controls, provisioning of applications for security, Information Technology, Compliance, and HRIS applications. Job Description KBS is implementing Infor CloudSuite HCM. Ther are looking for an Application Security Analyst to help them with this implementation. They realize this is a niche skill set so they will look at someone with SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft or Workday. Any HCM Cloud experience is ideal.
looking for someone who has worked with and implemented security control for an HR or payroll system. Preferably INFOR or Lawson but not required. Need someone who knows how to gather requirements, do design work and then build it out. They are in build phase now, implementation or full life cycle experience is preferred.
Provide support with the development, configuration, testing, deployment and integration of HCM Application Security for a Global Transformation project. Provides input for systems development and administration from a security point of view. Performs business and technical designer functions, including making contributions to business and technical architecture components of the global HCM solution. Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks and resolve issues. Additional Information 5+ years of overall technical experience in system design, project development and production support of large applications/systems.
4+ years of HCM experience with at least of 2 years of experience with cloud HCM Application Security.
Broadbased knowledge of Security controls, Information Technology, Compliance, and HRIS applications.
Possess extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts and techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problemsolving skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working with a global project team
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities. Preferred experience with Infor Cloud suite HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday
Preferred experience with SAP HR and Payroll
Preferred experience with Kronos
Preferred experience with Tableau
SAP Governance Risk and Compliance 10.0 (GRC) or above preferred.
Experience with supporting Saviynt Identity Governance Tool
Will they contractor be expected/allowed to work from home
