Description
Summary Technical Lead for software development to implement complex digital web and mobile solutions for Client.
Key responsibilities include the following Independently lead multiple technical initiatives and deliveries as per the business requirements in an Agile setting at MUFG
Deliver enhancements related to web and mobile UI for Agile projects and to ensure that project timelines are met
Participate and take responsibility in requirement gathering/analysis, design, development and maintenance of complex enterprise applications Proficient/expert in latest web UI technologies/trends/practices to address project requirements for complex enterprise requirements
Should be able to lead a technical team and deliver as per the short and long term strategy of MUFG
Provide expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues for the team during project delivery
Perform reviews for documentation, design, code etc. and ensure code developed meets the functional requirements
Must be strong at analysis/estimation/design/coding/testing/debugging of complex web/mobile enterprise applications
Perform other duties related to the successful delivery of Agile projects as assigned by MUFG
Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline
6+ years of IT experience of which 4+ years of Agile delivery experience and 3+ years of experience working in the financial industry Banking or FinTech
Advanced understanding of UI Design patterns and UI Architecture Paradigms
Expertise in Responsive Web Design and Adaptive Web Designing.
Solid hands on experience of browser fundamentals, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
Indepth knowledge of the capabilities of IE11+, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome
Experience with EXTJS, Angular2/4/5,Backbone and AngularJS, ReactJS,
Deep understanding of commonly used frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, high charts, d3
Experience building native or hybrid mobile (phone or tablet) applications is a plus
Expertise in applications to create wireframes and iterative usability testing of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
