Qualifications
Successful completion of a postsecondary degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline
Minimum 58 years experience with full lifecycle implementation of Dynamics AX Payroll (up to version AX 7), and D365 experience a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies
Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating business process and recommending improvements
Prior experience implementing HCM or HR/Payroll modules with Dynamics AX
Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships
Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating new techniques and utilizing the key elements
Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Prepared for domestic travel as required this could include within Canada and/or the United States up to 50%
Key Responsibilities
Working with customers to implement Microsoft Dynamics 0365 Responsible for providing business and application consultancy to clients throughout the implementation process
Carrying out prototyping plans, procedure documentation and communicating with the project manager
Defining D365 enhancement requirements for reports and business processes/forms etc., that a developer can use for D365 enhancements
Providing general guidance, and preparation reference material for end users
Preparing predesign documentation and offering holistic solutions with requirements and recommendations
Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy
Identifying opportunities to improve the utilization of the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the acceptance of Dynamics D365
Responsibility to coach the end users on efficient use of the solution and provide tips and tricks
Communicating issues and project tasks with appropriate personnel
Using provided methodologies to deliver successful projects
Conducting training classes for HR\Payroll functionality and hands on usage to Campuss clients
Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks by maintaining a project plan
