Top Three Skills 1.) 5+years of experience with Identity and Access Management in an enterprise setting (preferably with Saviynt or SailPoint...will also consider Security Weaver or ERP Maestro)
2.) 5+ years of experience working in an ERP setting(SAP Success Factors, Workday, Infor, Lawson)
3.) 5+ years of Business Analysis type work(ie gathering and defining requirements from business owners)
cloud experience(Azure or AWS) is a huge nice to have and highly preferred and will make a candidate stand out Job Description This team is responsible for Application Security as well as the Security Platform (Saviynt) for KBS. They are looking to implement Role Based Security and automate the user provisioning process and ID governance. They will start with HR platform (infor) but move to finance and manufacturing. They currently use SAP GRC. Started implementation in FEB working with a system integrator for implementation and now need a contractor to build things out. This person ideally would have an ERP, cloud background and be strong as a Business Analyst. Will be working with product and process owners to gather and define requirements and then design and configure in the app based in IAM best practices.
As a senior member of the Identity Governance (IG) team, you will be responsible for helping to develop and mature an identity and access governance program for the company. Areas of focus will be full life cycle identity management, assisting in the implementation of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), privileged access, access entitlements, updating Information Security policies, process documentation, and process adherence. Additional responsibilities include, managing alignment of business and IT stakeholders needs, garnering support from multiple organizations, documenting strategy and timelines, prioritizing work based on risk/competing efforts, IG metrics, forecasting, and leading a team of peers. Prior experience with identity management technologies is preferred. Duties & Responsibilities Work with application owners and project groups to design and develop appropriate rolebased security for the production environment including role definition, job/position mapping, requirements gathering, approval acquisition, assessment, design, configuration and testing activities.
Identify opportunities for process stabilization and streamlining Provide support to global enterprise throughout implementation efforts and GoLive activities. Troubleshoot user ID and access problems throughout business application environments, including project configuration activities and unit and integration testing, implementation and post implementation support.
Work with application owners to define appropriate Segregation of Duties rules and maintain rules on monitoring software.
Develop and maintain mechanisms for users to request access and the application owner to approve such requests. Review access requests for approvals, and compliance to business rules. Assist in identifying security risks and exposures by participating in security reviews, evaluations and risk assessments. Investigate security incidents and maintain accurate records for management review.
Assist in developing information protection processes to support various aspects of the companys Global Information Security program.
Work with Internal Audit, IT Governance, & IT Compliance on specific projects.
Create and maintain documented standards, processes, and procedures in accordance with company policy. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Effective leadership skills, demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams to project/activity completion and the ability to work in a team environment, sharing workloads and responsibilities. Demonstrated experience working in or leading an identity management related job role (may be in other specialization that touched this discipline) Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities and executives a must Must be able to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues and options to management Preferred Qualifications
Experience on Identity and Access Management and the operation of identity and access processes and controls for SAP, Infor, Active Directory, and/or cloudbased solutions.
Experience with Saviynt or SailPoint a plus.
