Provide Technical Leadership And Project Ownership For Software Development Projects For At Hayward.
Coordinate And Synchronize Multiple Software Development Teams And Other Internal Groups To Design, Build, Test, And Release Software On Time And With High Quality.
Do The Right Things To Drive Work And Release Planning, To Smartly Handle Interdependencies Between Teams, And To Identify And Manage Requirements And Architectural Convergence As Well As Software Delivery Risks.
Engage Appropriately To Quickly Make The Right TradeOffs, Escalate Issues If Required, And Build Valued Working Relationships With Technical Subject Matter Experts, Stakeholders, And Senior Management.
Demonstrate Strong Organizational And Leadership Skill, Outstanding Written And Verbal Communication Talent, And An Appropriate Aptitude For User Experience Design, Software Development And Test Methodologies, And Hardware/Software Integration.
CrossFunctional Program/Project Management Involving Embedded And/Or Mobile Application Software Development Environments.
Agile Software Development Practices, Preferably In An Embedded Systems Environment.

Prior Software Development And Experience Using Web Technologies, C/C++.
