JOB DESCRIPTION Oracle application upgrade 12.2.7, Oracle Property Manager, Lease Accounting
Implement Oracle Property Manager for CLIENT Lease department, configure application to manage properties and space, conversion of access database active leases into Oracle Property Manager application, develop interfaces, document process and train SME's and users.
Implement Oracle Role Based Management, Define Role assignment, Role authorization & Permission authorization.
Application configurations, document new functionalities in 12.2.6 Vs 12.1.3 and provide necessary technical support / changes and develop and maintain RCIE components.
Experience in Oracle Managed Cloud Services (OMCS).
Design custom interfaces tables, APis/Packages, base tables, seeded workflows in Oracle HRMS, Financial and SCM modules R12.2.7.
Design custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE).
Manage implementation of cut over tasks for RICE objects.
Coordinate and perform indepth tests, including enduser reviews, for modified and new systems, and other postimplementation support.
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in systems across the organization.
Ensure solutions are complete from an endtoend perspective, follow design and architecture principles, and provide the proper tool sets for end user support of interfaces.
Design complicated/large RICE objects.
Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
Review and assess all functional designs of other business analysts to ensure that the design is clearly documented, all major issues are identified and resolved and meets a level of quality that ensures supportability.
Identify gaps and areas of improvement where we can leverage Oracle functionality that did not exist in previous systems.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
Act as liaison between functional users and development team.
Responsible for analyst testing and managing the User Acceptance Testing.
Ensure the Oracle Solutions team understands the functional requirements and that communication between the functional users and development team.
Work with the various teams and members to reduce rework and defects.
Ensure testing is complete, thorough and done by the right people. This includes coordinating Integration/System testing across modules.
Oracle application upgrade 12.2.7. Document new functionalities in Functional 12.2.7 Vs 12.1.3 and provide necessary functional (Configuration) and technical documents for training CLIENT users and Oracle Support team.
Oracle Enhancements review and assess all Technical designs of other business analysts to ensure that the design is clearly documented, all major issues are identified and resolved and meets a level of quality that ensures supportability. Identify gaps and areas of improvement where we can leverage Oracle functionality that did not exist in previous systems
Implement Oracle Property Manager/ Lease Accounting for Techno Abstracting basic lease information from lease documents, modifying and amending leases, calculating lease amounts, creating invoice schedules, exporting invoices to Oracle Payables and Oracle Receivables, setting up milestones, administering rent increases based on fixed percentages or specific indexes such as the Consumer Price Index (CPI), collecting rent based on variable factors such as sales volumes or usage, and calculating and collecting common area maintenance (CAM) expenses.
Develop interfaces and reports Data Conversion from Access database Implement Oracle Role Based Management. Create Roles a grouping of all the responsibilities, lower level permissions (functions), permission sets, and data security rules that a user requires to perform a specific task. Create Role Categories Organize roles into groups User management objects, Permissions, data security permissions, Permission Sets, Create Grants (Identify or create permissions that group functions (function security, Identify product seeded objects/ object instance sets ( data security), Identify seeded grants/create grants, create roles / Identify seeded roles.
REQUIRED SKILLS Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and a high degree of attention to detail.
10 + years of Techno functional experience in Oracle Apps development with hands on experience in Advanced PL/SQL techniques.
Experience in Oracle upgrade 12.2.7, Oracle Property Manager, Lease accounting Implementation and Role Based Management.
10 + years of Oracle EBS R12, Fusion Application's experience as an application solution architect, business analyst or functional lead.
10+ years of handson experience in configuring and supporting Oracle EBS R 12 applications within an IT department or project setting.
Strong hands on experience in designing, guiding development, testing and deploying.
Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions and Workflows (RICEW) to address custom business needs.
Ability to collect and document business requirements, technical requirements and process flows.
Consultative communications style effective listener.
Strong presentation and organization skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or equivalent experience.
