Strong analytical skills to help resolve issues and recommend efficient solution designs
Works with business area leaders/staff to support business operations
Ability to gather detail requirements and design alternatives
Great interpersonal and communication and skills
Ability to lead and document software solution options (config or code) and assist with making the approved solution operational
Excellent unit and system testing skills
Ability to interact with Oracle support as directed
Responsible for quality assurance
Experience in Payroll/Financial Accounting
Experience in Payroll Year End processing including
Determine corrections/adjustments needed for the year end payrolls
Confirm data accuracy AFTER the LAST PAYROLL of the current calendar year, but BEFORE the FIRST PAYROLL of the NEW calendar year
Ensure accurate accounting for payroll actuals/encumbrances for the current calendar year
Assist in the payroll/accounting annual audit
