3. BI Publisher Job Description Overall description The CX program aims to create a worldclass customer experience so AEP is viewed as a trusted energy advisor. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project is deemed the backbone of the CX Program. The CRM project will lay the foundation for a 360degree view of our customer by providing an endtoend integrated customer journey across sales, marketing, customer service and social interactions. The CRM solution will do this by implementing the Oracle CX cloud solution which includes Sales/Engagement, Service, Knowledge, and Marketing. Position Summary Responsible for configuring and customizing Oracle Sales/Engagement Cloud according to user requirements under the guidance of AEPs System Integrator. Will be working with your agile squad members to develop and maintain solutions to ensure that the Cloud CRM system meets the needs of the organization in terms of functionality and quality. Help automate and streamline delivery using our test automation framework. Responsible for building solutions to extract, transform and load data from legacy CRM and mainframe Customer Information Systems to the corresponding Oracle cloud environments. Will be responsible for building custom reports, dashboards and analytics. This work will include confirming requirements, and designing the reporting solutions, develop scripts when necessary, support testing efforts, provide postproduction support, help identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
