Salesforce Product Owner candidate

Job Description TE Connectivity would like our assistance to onboard a salesforce cloud project leader on a contracttohire basis. This person would be on the functional side and working closely as a product owner. They should have capabilities management experience to include implementations. They will contribute on the agile team and help to prioritize tasks. This is not just as task management role, but rather project management and strategy. The team has people who are doing this role in a similar fashion relative to services and marketing. The gap is with the salesforce skills per sales cloud. Work Environment It is preferred to have someone onsite 5x a week. However, if they have a long drive and coming from a distance, management is flexible in having work remotely 12 days a week and onsite for 3x a week. It is preferred to have a regional candidate, who can drive into Middletown, PA, as this is a long term contract to hire need. This person will be a fulltime employee of TE, so the consulting mindset wont fit. The right person would not be flying in weekly, but rather have a permanent residence nearby. Interview Information It is preferred to interview the person onsite in Middletown with team of 45 people. We should allow 2 hours onsite for this meeting. Who is the Internal/External Customer Impact to the Internal/External Customer Business Challenge TE Connectivity has been using Salesforce platform for past 12 years. They have roughly 3,500 users. They have outgrown the current system and there are limitations. The team has people in place to support SF side for services and marketing, but need support for cloud. Strategic thought leadership, not just a task taker or task manager
Ability to work with outsource partners (CapGemini and Infosys), as they support the development work
