Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory. Working knowledge of SharePoint. Working knowledge of iPhone and iPad usage in a business environment. Working knowledge of HP workstation hardware. Ability to convey technical concepts and ideas to nontechnical personnel. Excellent organizational skills.
