Requirements At least five (5) fulltime equivalent years of experience in the last fifteen (15) years on an Agile Software Development effort, in a role of scrum master, project manager, Agile trainer, or Agile coach. At least three (3) consecutive fulltime equivalent years of experience within the last five (5) years as an Agile coach or trainer. At least three (3) fulltime equivalent years of experience in the development of estimating and status reporting models for large Agile development and implementation efforts. The proposed staff must have had formal training in the utilization of both scrum and scaled Agile framework (e.g. DAD, LeSS, SAFe, etc.). The proposed staff must possess at least one of the following certifications IC Agile Certified Coach, Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach, Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Team Coach, or Certified Scrum Professional.
