Release Engineer with TFS

Description

Essential Functions Manages and tracks the releases of all COTS products for MMS implementations & Operations (SIT, UAT, Pilot and Production).
Leads or facilitates multisession meetings with internal and client staff members.
Responsible for tracking individual solution releases for new functionality of releases and defect resolution across solution dependencies.
Manages and identifies release impacts with internal solution teams.
Works closely with project staff members to understand client priorities.
Communicates effectively with the client regarding Release scheduling and Production deployments.
Defines release packages for highly deployments across environments (SIT, UAT, Pilot and Production). Tracks the solution versions for each environment.
Communicates deployment window and completion to SIT and UAT test teams.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong understanding of technology trends and solutions that address current compliance requirements Ability to use and develop repeatable methods, processes, and tools that support implementation of new technologies
Demonstrates knowledge of emerging technologies/trends in Medicaid and healthcare in general
Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to abide by Molinas policies o Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers Required Education Bachelors Degree in Computer or Business field or equivalent experience Required Experience 2+ years experience with release management, testing, and defect tracking processes and tools
