Description

The ITSM TECHNICAL PROJECT LEAD will support the development and delivery of complex IT service management support solutions in a ServiceNow application Platform as a Service (aPaaS) environment
Solutions will include the development and refinement of complex ServiceNow javascripts to manage the integration of vulnerabilities data with configuration item data to produce complex management information dashboards and reports
Technical Knowledge and Skills Complex javascripting in a ServiceNow environment (not standard java script)
Creating, modifying complex ServiceNow Dashboards & Reports
Advanced development and configuration skills in ServiceNow's IT operations management application modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Vulnerability, Configuration, Software/Hardware Asset, Security Incident Response, GRC (governance, risk, and compliance), and Knowledge
GUI design,
Database design
Workflow design
Development of systems integrations between the ServiceNow platform and security / vulnerability penetration testing systems, such as Tenable Security Center or Quaalus
Configuration and scripting of linkage between Vulnerability records (VIT's) and CMDBCI records
Configuration and customization of ServiceNow Discovery (Discovery probes and sensors or patterns)
Configuration of ServiceNow CMDB (configuration management database)
