This position is accountable for facilitating, governing and defining business system strategy, concepts, capabilities, processes and requirements across the overall value chain (campaign to customer Care) in addition to processes that extend beyond the enabling applications. Further this position provides thought leadership across the Campaign to Care processes and will be expected to lead and coordinate team activities to drive significant business change by demonstrating and helping business partners and stakeholders recognize the value and benefits of adopting Oracle applications foundational software capabilities.
Responsibilities 1. To ensure that the campaign to customer care processes align with ERP/CRM industry best practices and foundational software capabilities.
