Business Analyst - ERP

Job Description We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience.
1. Experienced Business Analyst with some Design Interfaces
2. ERP Integration experiencepreferable HR systems
This person will be assisting our Project Manager from an analyst perspective. They will be working with the Solution Architect & the rest of the team to help design Interfaces for the Integration of the New ERP HR system. This is a global implementation. Desired Experience Individual must be a comprehensive business analyst working with custom applications. Specific experience integrating applications from one organization into another target system, including activities such as functional requirements, gap analysis, design specifications, conversion data mapping, detailed testing. Strong communication skills necessary working with business users and external vendors. Ability to multitask on several projects running concurrently. Attention to detail and ability to identify dependencies and impacts on key business decisions. Experience with largescale application development and/or ERP systems ideal. Individual must be selfdirected. Individual must be highly organized due to the aggressive nature of the initiative and malformed nature of the applications to be addressed. No travel anticipated for this role.
