Description
This would working in TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Looking for a Sr. Level Resource responsible virtualization strategy restructuring the Data Center and figuring out how to get more databases onto the hardware. Their clinical and financial applications sit on different database and figuring out how to align them. Coming up with ways on streamlining how they are going to be rolled out and what that will look like. This person must have worked with databases that were virtualized before. If they do not have experience with HyperV they must be open to using it. Certifications are a plus. VMWare Engineer to help virtualize their environments
Need to help them with their virtualization strategy
Virtualize the Database Servers
Part of the TCO initiative Total Cost of Ownership
Save money by virtualizing the DBs
Take the Data Center and restructure look at ways to do more virtualization
Hope to add more customers
Clinical and Financial have been siloed and they want to try and align the teams
Take data center and consolidate
Going to use VMWare and Hyper V
