Business Systems Analyst

Job Description Need a Systems Analyst contract resource for 6 months to help with some specific projects. We would want someone from a programming/development background with experience doing indepth technical analysis, digging into code, researching and documenting system impact/effort of proposed changes, documenting technical requirements, even making implementation/design recommendations. Oracle PL SQL and forms experience desired, familiarity with any of these is a big plus HTML, javascript, PHP, XML, JSON, web services, SOA (serviceoriented architecture). Again they will NOT be not writing code, its an analysis position doing requirements analysis and some documentation. Looking at existing systems, look at the code so want someone that came from programming background to understand code.
This person will be the bridge between developers and the business. The business has goal but integration has to happen so before developers can do what they do this person willworkwith the developers to write user stories and do code reviews
Oracle PL/SQL & Oracle forms experience MUST HAVE
Oracle 11g DB
Need solid communication skills, user story writing skills, will talk to business dig into technical aspects of projects write user story, be personable, oral and written communication need to be strong, driven to work hard go getters not sit back and wait for direction.
