Application Support Group. They recently pulled a fulltime resource from the Application Support Group to support another department Due to this they are looking to have a new resource come into the group and support them so they can still Meet project timelines for planned business and operational changes. On a day to day basis this candidate will be asked to make enhancements to the existing system ( a crane logistical system), Troubleshooting application problems and root cause analysis, provide user support for applications, documentation of changes to applications, investigate user requests, develop project requirements.
