Top 4 Skills required 1. Full Microsoft Stack development experience candidates should have prior experience working in a role that required them to easily and quickly move between software tiers. 2. VB.NET experience must have previous experience in the last 4 years working in VB.NET. If they are currently working in C# but have prior experience working in VB.NET, that is okay. 3. Strong SQL Development experience must have prior experience working in SQL Server 2008 or 2012, and have worked with stored procedures and indexes to write complex SQL queries
