Silverlight Job Description The programmer will be working within our client's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Team. As a member of the GIS Team you will be providing a specialist service to a range of public sector and Private Sector clients and projects. The position offers the opportunity for longterm career and skillset development. The role will be integral to the continued provision of client tailored solutions and will focus primarily on the use of programming languages such as in C# and having experience with Silverlight and MVVM design patterns. Experience required 23 years .Net application development experience with C#, Silverlight (XAML, C#), MVVM design pattern, Entity Framework, WCF/Domain services, Working with data from SQL Server and Oracle using Entity Frameworks. A fast learner who can maintain and add functionality to existing Silverlight applications will do well and succeed in this role.
