Qualifications The Senior .Net developers primary responsibilities are to implement, develop, manage and maintain the CRSP Index back office solution. Collaborates with CRSP senior management on issues relating to the CRSP Index back office solution. Performs a wide variety of very complex assignments with a high degree of independence from supervision. Has broad technical expertise necessary for the planning, implementation, creation, management and maintenance of CRSP Index back office solution. The work performed at this level requires technical expertise on complex systems and/or emerging technology, systems/product interrelationships. Carries out work in accordance with overall plans and objectives of the organization, resolving problems as they arise and making adjustments as necessary to deal with unanticipated situations and organizational needs. Resolves unique problems without managerial intervention, providing coordination and suggesting solutions. Responsibilities Implements, designs, manages, and maintains the CRSP Index back office solution. Collaborates with CRSP senior management on issues related to the Index back office solution. Oversees technical knowledge transfer to various parties, ensuring backup and sustainability. Collaborates with CRSP communications team on all external webrelated matters. Performs a wide variety of very complex assignments with a high degree of independence from supervision. Carries out work in accordance with overall plans and objectives of the organization, resolving problems as they arise and making adjustments as necessary to deal with unanticipated situations and organizational needs. May manage other employees time as a project or team leader. Provides training, mentoring, guidance and advice to CRSP employees, and other organizations as needed.
