2) Candidate will be working with non technical end users so they should have significant experiance communicating with that audience. Should be able to explain and suggest functionality of software.
3) Variant configuration experience relative to the MM/PP modules. Job Description EZ Go is a golf cart manufacturer that is located in Augusta, GA. They recently went live with SAP in February and are currently in the stabilization phase of their support. This resource will support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) area of the business. They will be responsible for supporting business capabilities within the SAP application suite by trouble shooting system problems, analyzing processes, developing business requirements, proposing potential solutions, and supporting prioritization. As the system expert, this individual will lead the development of internal skills through a partnership with power users and by influencing best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enforce use of standards, guidelines, and best practices of SAP MM / PP modules.
Provide production support to SAP for MM / PP issues. Log issues reported and report progress until resolution is completed. Troubleshoot system problems, analyze processes, develop business requirements, propose solutions, and support prioritization.
Develop and coordinate SAP user training for MM / PP modules. Coach, mentor and train SAP users to drive process best practices.
Act as ISC liaison to IT by assisting with design specifications and test plans for system solutions.
